So the cropping on this one a bit narrower than usual, and that's sort of my own fault for not wanting to give away spoilers. Pablo Rastone is a mysterious man with far more connections than practically anyone in Cetacion. A clear member of the upper crust, it's not especially clear what he -does- for a living. Whatever it is, it must pay well- the man has an expensive appetite.
